We have a selection of NC lathes specially designed for thin objects with diameters of 0.2mm to 12mm, and have further modified them to specially handle thin objects with diameters of 4mm.
In addition, our special designs allow for complex machining, such as tapping, small holes, diagonal small holes, and flat cuts.
We can also perform similar complex machining on titanium, which is difficult to machine.
We have a heat treatment furnace that can harden even our thin products without bending them. We also take on orders from companies for just the hardning process.
We have a centrifugal barrel polishing machine with a mechanism that will not bend even when ,achining thin products of φ4mm or less.
Diamond abrasive grains are electroplated onto metal products.
Our dedicated diamond bur production factory will begin full-scale operation in 2024, achieving three times the production capacity of oer previous facility.
